Pepper rises on lower production estimates
Pepper futures continued to escalate on strong price momentum in all major producing regions due to supply deficit. According to IPC, local prices in Brazil, Vietnam and Lampung had increased approximately from 10 to 13 percent. As per media sources, Vietnam pepper is expected around 1.10 lakh tonnes. However more clarity about the output estimates will materialize only in near future.
